• All unpaid amounts become immediately due;
• We will provide reasonable assistance for service transition;

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data and, where necessary, enter into data processing agreements with all customers. 9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.

10. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises out of or in connection with these terms:

• Informal Resolution: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Indian Arbitration Council for mediation.
• Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hyderabad, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Litigation: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
